Frequently asked questions
Why do I see a price only after I sign in?
Prices are your store's account prices: HUB's price book, your chain's agreement and your store's own prices, with this month's promotions.
Is the state stamp in the price?
Yes. Cartons are stamped for your ship-to state and the stamp is in the carton price. For other tobacco products the state's excise tax shows as its own line in the cart.
Why is there no stock figure?
HUB does not show stock. Order what you need; the warehouse fills it on your route day and tells you before the truck leaves about anything it cannot ship.
When is my order delivered?
On your store's route day. Order before your route's cut-off, 11 AM at the latest; a later order moves to the next route day.
Can I scan items into the cart?
Yes. Quick order takes the HUB item number or the UPC, typed or read by a handheld scanner.
How do I return product?
Announce the return from the order in your account, with the items and quantities. The driver collects it on your next route day and the credit follows on your invoice.
